The surveillance systems we recommend are ‘hard-wired’ but in certain circumstances , wireless systems are available , though not endorsed by ourselves because of their, at times , bad imagery and reception due to interference from a variety of sources such as atmospheric conditions, radio interference and obstacles such as buildings, and as such, can prove more trouble than they are actually worth.

Cameras - Domed PTZ (Pan, Tilt, Zoom) :- Remote moveable camera capable of covering a wide area with the added bonus of a ‘zoom’ facility.

These cameras can prove value for money despite their higher initial cost as they can do the work of a number of static cameras.

Cameras - Static :- Many and varied designs and types are available to suit most applications and pockets, although we would recommend opting for the most expensive camera that your budget allows as the old adage ‘you pay for what you get’ is certainly appropriate when it comes to surveillance equipment.

DVR Recorders (Digital Video Recorder) :- Again, many and varied in type and specification. The more expensive ones once again would prove to be the most prudent purchases.
